"An attempt was made in 1982 to convert this large and handsome industrial building at 505 Court Street in the Carroll Gardens section of Brooklyn to a cooperative but the plan was not declared effective and for a quarter of a century more it remained a rental apartment building.

Finally, it was converted that year with 124 apartments by Urban Residential whose other New York projects included 505 Greenwich Street and 255 Hudson Street." Read Carter's Full Review
