Court Street Lofts is a 124 unit condominium conversion of the former Doehler Die Casting Factory, built in 1918 at 505 Court Street in Carroll Gardens. The building had a failed cooperative conversion attempt in 1982 and a troubled path to condominium status beginning in 2004, with issues around insider pricing and construction that delayed completion until 2007.
