Towers on the Park

Complex located in Central Park West

Towers on the Park is a three-building condominium complex located at the northwest corner of Central Park opposite Frederick Douglass Circle. Completed in 1988, it was one of the first condominium complexes to take shape in this stretch of Upper Manhattan. Residents can enjoy views of Central Park and Cathedral of St. John the Divine.

All three towers have 24-hour attended lobbies, and a live-in superintendent is on staff. Amenities include central laundry rooms, community rooms, private storage, bike storage, on-site parking, and peaceful gardens.

On-site retail at Towers on the Park includes a gourmet supermarket, a dry cleaner, and multiple restaurants. The complex is located near Morningside Park, Harlem's Restaurant Row, and the 110th Street 2/3 trains.
