31 West 21st Street is an 11 residence condominium created in 2002 from a former garment trade building. Completed in 1910, the 11 story structure once housed shirt manufacturers and cloak and suit merchants. Its Beaux Arts façade combines red brick, stone leaf moldings and projecting bay windows.
