Permits have just been filed for a new seven-story, 21-unit condo to rise at 324 West 15th Street, the site of the Corlears School in Chelsea. Developer Saffayeh Group bought the site from the school for $19 million in May 2026, and renderings from Z Architecture show a low-rise building with a pale brick facade.
