In fall 2025, Legion Investment Group secured a $355 million construction loan for its 23-story, 83-unit condominium at 550 West 21st Street, across the street from Chelsea Piers. Sales are expected to launch next year, and completion is estimated for mid-2027.

Vertical construction is underway at 550 West 21st Street, Legion Investment Group's West Chelsea condominium that will ultimately measure 23 stories high. Details are not yet available on the 83 residences' interiors or the building's amenities, but it is situated between the High Line and Hudson River Park. It is also located across the street from Chelsea Piers and near Little Island, numerous art galleries, and popular restaurants.

Legion Investment Group is set to build a 20-story condo tower at 550 W. 21st St. in West Chelsea, a site purchased for $87.4 million earlier this year. The project, spanning 200,000 square feet and host 75 residences. The site is across from Chelsea Piers and near the High Line and numerous art galleries. The building will likely be condos and comes on the heels of blockbuster projects such as One High Line and The Cortland.
