It was developed by Artimus, of which Eytan Benyamin is a principal, whose other Manhattan projects include, in Harlem, SoHa118, Manhattan Court, Susan’s Court, and Brownstone Lane 1 and 2, and, in East Harlem, 5th on the Park at 1481 Fifth Avenue, and, in Chelsea, 401 West 25th Street.
