169LEX is a modern condominium building positioned at the junction of Brooklyn's Clinton Hill and Bed-Stuy neighborhoods. The buiding was developed by Infinity Properties NYC and designed by local architect, Gerald J. Caliendo. The exterior sports a modern façade of stucco and ipe wood accents. Inside are four full-floor homes, each provided with either a garden backyard or a spacious balcony.
