186 rental apartments make up this 11-story residence at Eastern Parkway and Bedford Avenue in Brooklyn’s Crown Heights neighborhood. Developer Adam America tapped the architecture firm of Issac & Stern for the building’s design, which features a glass base for residential amenities as well as retail space. Apartments are studios, one- and two-bedroom layouts with hardwood floors, large windows and in-unit climate control. Kitchens feature design details like herringbone backsplashes and each unit is equipped with a washer/dryer. The building’s impressive 17,000 square feet of amenities spans three floors and includes lounges, workspaces, a fitness center, a roof deck, on-site parking, a children’s playroom, a package room and more. In addition to Prospect Park just two blocks away, residents are within blocks of the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and the Brooklyn Museum and conveniently located near the 2, 3, 4, 5, and S (shuttle) subway lines. Local favorite destinations include Franklin Park, Butter & Scotch, Glady’s, Bluebird, The Food Sermon, Midwood Flats, Parkside and many more.
