The building's modern glass-and-limestone exterior and floor-to-ceiling windows have been highlighted in marketing materials, underscoring Lalezarian's focus on natural light and contemporary design. At the same time, Lalezarian emphasizes renter-friendly living across its portfolio: utilities are bundled in rent and common move-in fees are waived, creating a hassle-free experience.
