Downtown Brooklyn is no stranger to high-end rental buildings. That being said, the BKLYN Gold complex surely stands out among them. Built in 2010 by Lalezarian Properties, the development includes two buildings, one at 257 Gold Street and the other at 277 Gold Street, and together they offer a substantial list of high quality amenities. Current listings include a half-month of free rent on new leases, along with several waived fees; there are no broker fees, amenity fees, pet fees or move-in fees.

Of the building’s 512 apartments, availabilities include studios from $2,540/month, one-bedrooms from $2,870/month and two-bedrooms from $3,924/month.

At 326,000 square feet, BKLYN Gold occupies nearly all of the block formed by Concord and Gold street. However, rather than inhibiting the neighborhood's vibrancy, BKLYN Gold enhances it. The radiant glass façade and reinforced limestone base, all designed by Avinash K. Malhotra, give the building a modern construction that’s eye-catching and understated.

The interiors bring an equal level quality to their residents. Large windows bring in a high amount of natural sunlight, and open kitchen comes complete with a breakfast bar. Stainless steel appliances adorn the kitchen, including a dishwasher and microwave. Utilities are included in the rent and all apartments with one-bedroom or more come with in-unit washer/dryers.

But above all else, the amenities are truly what sell BKLYN Gold. They provide an abundance of outdoor space, ranging from the courtyards to the landscaped roof decks with private cabanas. The skylit indoor pool makes a splash, quite literally, for the building’s residents. Coupled with a 6,000 sq ft fitness center, a residents lounge with a pool table, and a screening room, residents have no problem finding ways to entertain themselves. The building also offer 24-hour concierge service, bike storage and a parking garage.
