Carter Horsley's Review of Bridge No. 50

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This attractive, maroon-brick building stands 7-stories tall and houses 58 apartments. Situated at 50 Bridge Street, between Plymouth and Water street in the DUMBO section of Brooklyn, 365 Bond dates back to 1894 when it once housed the Kirkman & Son Soap Company. In 2004, it was converted to the condominium you see before you.

Handsome loft apartments, close to the East River. High ceilings, a roof deck and a cobblestone lobby in a landmarked district in DUMBO." Read Carter's Full Review
