Overview of The Diamond Exchange Condominium at 14 Maiden Lane

14 Maiden Lane was constructed as the Diamond Exchange in the late 19th century, with a cast-iron structure and massive bay windows to maximize natural light for the diamond dealers. More than 130 years later, it has been converted to The Diamond Exchange Condominium, a boutique condominium with nine floor-through two-bedroom, two-bath apartments.

All interiors feature high ceilings, European white oak chevron flooring, flex rooms with folding wall systems, open kitchens with stainless steel appliances, primary baths with steam showers, multi-zone heating and air conditioning, and in-unit Bosch washers and dryers. Select units have ceilings over 12 feet high. The penthouse has a private roof terrace with outdoor kitchen and pergola.

A historically significant chandelier hangs in the lobby, and residential amenities include virtual doorman service, a package room, and optional storage compartments. It is located in close proximity to City Hall Park, Wall Street offices, upscale dining and shopping, including Printemps, and the Fulton Street transportation hub.
