ARIA 7 Platt is a 38-story, 250-unit rental tower in Manhattan’s Financial District, developed by The Moinian Group. Designed by Hill West with interiors by Rockwell Group and built by AECOM Tishman, the 250,000-square-foot glass-clad tower was one of the final projects completed under the 421-a program. The building offers a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom residences, along with penthouse homes. Residences are designed to blend modern comfort with elevated design in one of Lower Manhattan’s most historic areas.
