Designed by Hill West with interiors by Rockwell Group and built by AECOM Tishman, the 250,000-square-foot glass-clad tower was one of the final projects completed under the 421-a program. The building offers a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom residences, along with penthouse homes. Residences are designed to blend modern comfort with elevated design in one of Lower Manhattan’s most historic areas.
Indoor amenities include a penthouse lounge, state-of-the-art fitness center, library, work pods, resident lounges, private dining spaces with terrace access, a gaming and virtual reality area, communal kitchen, and laundry facilities. Outdoor offerings are anchored by a rooftop sundeck with chaise loungers, landscaped garden lounge, outdoor movie area, dining spaces, and coworking areas.
