"This very handsome, 12-story, cooperative apartment building at 29 East 22nd Street between Broadway and Park Avenue South was erected in 1907. 

It was designed by Frederick C. Zobel, who also designed the Haskins & Sells Buidling at 35 West 39th Street in1912 and numerous buildings in the TriBeCa East, SoHo Cast-Iron, Ladies’ Mile and Greenwich Village Extension II historic districts. " Read Carter's Full Review
