The building contains 47 residences ranging from studios of 624 square feet to three-bedroom units of approximately 2,300 square feet. Twenty-one apartments feature private outdoor space. Interior finishes typically include Brazilian cherry or white oak floors, Poggenpohl cabinetry, Viking appliances, and marble bathrooms with radiant heat flooring.

The building's architectural design features two setbacks, a sculptural rooftop enclosure, and broad Wausau windows. Its distinctive terracotta railings and façade elements represent a notable reintroduction of this traditional material in contemporary architecture.
