Alchemy Properties recently had a groundbreaking for Hudson Hill Condominium, a 67-unit residential condominium building at 462 West 58th Street between Ninth and Tenth Avenues.

The attractive, 10-story building has been designed by FXFowle Architects and features a facade of redwood-color Trespa panels.

The building will have a 24/7 lobby attendant, a live-in superintendent, a video-intercom system, a recreation room and an outdoor patio.

The apartments from in size from 760 to 3,253 square feet and in price from about $900,000 to $2,980,000.

The building has many bay windows and some balconies. The five penthouse apartments have terraces.

Kitchens will have Poggenpohl custom designed cabinetry and bathrooms will have Kohler soaking tubs and vanities and radiant floor heating.

Alchemy's other projects include 120 Gramercy Hill, the Paradigm, the Lion's Head, the Bullmoose, the Oculus and the Indigo condominium projects.
