Gramercy Square is the residential conversion of the former Cabrini Medical Center in Gramercy Park. Two existing buildings were razed to make way for new ground-up construction, the tallest tower was preserved and converted to residential use, and the four architecturally distinctive buildings are interconnected by garden spaces designed by M. Paul Friedberg & Partners.
Select units have private outdoor space, and all residents have access to the gardens. They also have access to La Palestra-designed amenities like a state-of-the-art fitness center, an indoor pool, a meditation studio, a children's playroom, a media room, a private dining room with catering kitchen, and a lounge with garden views.
Gramercy Square is located near Gramercy Park, Union Square Park, acclaimed Gramercy restaurants, and local performance venues. Public transportation options include the Union Square transportation hub and the 23rd Street 6 train.
