The Hatfield is a boutique condominium planned for 103 East 29th Street, on the northeast corner of Park Avenue South. It is rising on the former site of the Beaux-Arts Hotel Deauville, which occupied the plot for over 120 years before its demolition in 2023. It was previously known as Hatfield House.

There will be no more than four units per floor in the new building, and amenities will include a package room, a bike room, a lounge with courtyard access, and a shared roof terrace. The site is located in close proximity to Madison Square Park, popular dining in NoMad, Gramercy, and Murray Hill, and a Trader Joe's supermarket. Nearby transportation options include the 33rd Street 6 and the 28th Street R/W trains.
