128 West 3rd Street, a red brick building in Greenwich Village, was constructed as a stable in 1889, and was later converted to a parking garage. Most recently, permits were filed in January 2026 to convert the building to a Landmarks-approved condominium. The 21 units will include two duplexes.
Residential amenities will include private storage, a roof terrace, and on-site parking for eight vehicles.
