Designed by HLW International and developed by Toll Brothers City Living, 10 Provost Street is a 28 story, 242 unit condominium completed in 2018 in Jersey City's Powerhouse Arts District. The building takes the form of an orange brick and glass tower with an attached 7 story wing that projects from two sides. The low rise portion has a brown cornice and different fenestration from the tower, which features corner windows and a protruding five story corner section. A landscaped plaza with cobblestone paving, trees with integrated seating planters, and multiple entry points via ramps and stairs fronts the building.
The building is part of the larger Provost Square Development, which occupies a block bounded by Provost Square and Bay, Warren, and Morgan streets. It shares that block with The Morgan at Provost Square, a 38 story rental tower with 420 units completed in 2015, and the development is planned to eventually include a 550 seat performance theater. The Grove Street PATH station is one block away.
The building offers 27,000 square feet of amenities, anchored by a concierge and attended lobby. A sky lounge with a roof terrace includes a fire pit, billiards, a demonstration kitchen, and an outdoor television. A 7th floor residents' lounge opens onto a pool deck and includes a conference room. Additional facilities include a fitness center, yoga room, screening room, children's playroom with an outdoor play area, and a dog run. All units include in-unit washers and dryers.
Apartments range from one bedroom units of approximately 640 square feet to three bedroom residences of around 1,280 square feet, with two bedroom layouts running roughly 1,100 square feet.
