This handsome, 37-story tower at 75 Park Lane in Newport Green Park a block from the Hudson River and waterfront park in the Newport district of Jersey City was completed in 2019 by Strategic Capital.  

This tower has 358 condominium apartments and the adjoining 7-story 2 Shore Drive, an adjoining tower known as the 71-unit Shore House, were designed by Wood Bagot, which was also the architect of the Baccarat on West 53rd Street in Manhattan. 

Both buildings are known as the Park and Shore Project.

Bottom Line

This large and attractive two-building complex one block from the Hudson River in Jersey City has many amenities including a 25-meter swimming pool, a Moby Dick-inspired children's play area and an outdoor putting green.

Description

The 37-story tower and 7-story adjacent building have large, angled-upwards entrance marquees with sidewalk landscaping, and a complex, rigorous and handsome fenestration pattern.

Amenities

The tower has a doorman, a concierge, a live-in superintendent, a sky lounge with landscaping and a fireplace, a fitness center with an 25-meter swimming pool and teak spa, a wine tasting lounge and private dining room, a working and conference area, game room, golf simulator and outdoor putting green, a garden, a Moby Dick-inspired children's play area and parking.

Apartments

Kitchens at 75 Park Lane have a Madreperola Quartzite kitchen countertop and waterfall island and walnut millwork trimmed in stain nickel.  Master baths are clad in Arctic white marble with gold Kohler and Duravit fixtures.

 

Shore House has open kitchens with smoke grey painted oak millwork trimmed in

Venetian bronze. Master baths have White Begonia stone surrounds and walnut vanities topped with Glacier White Quartz.

 

Apartment 806 at 75 Park Lane is a two-bedroom unit with 1,325 square feet and a 19-foot-long living/dining room.
