Carter Horsley's Review of 201 East 62nd Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This attractive, red-brick, 19-story apartment building was erected in 1963 and is a cooperative with 69 units.

This building has broad windows and is distinguished by small copper squares that run up the south façade. The building has no balconies, no health club, and no roof deck. It is across the street from a rental apartment tower that has a large plaza along Third Avenue that affords this building a fair bit of "light and air."" Read Carter's Full Review
