"This handsome, 6-story, mid-block building was erected in 1946 and is a cooperative with 54 apartments.

This building has a very good Upper East Side location. There is a fine Art Deco-style apartment building on the northeast corner at 78th Street and Lexington Avenue and this block has some attractive townhouses.
