Carter Horsley's Review of 315 East 70th Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This post-war, mid-block, white-brick apartment building is a cooperative with 125 apartments on 12 floors.

This building is almost a twin of 310 East 70th Street across the street and slightly to the west. That building, however, does not have the "porthole" light pylons. Both buildings have canopy entrances with small stainless steel marquees with attractive wrought-iron side-screens, doormen, discrete air-conditioners, consistent fenestration. This building is just to the west of the yellow-brick Lenox Neighborhood House." Read Carter's Full Review
