The Halletts Point complex on the Astoria waterfront comprises three residential towers with over 1,000 rental units, ground-floor retail, and a waterfront esplanade. The Durst Organization developed the project, Dattner Architects designed 10 Halletts Point, and Handel Architects designed 20 and 30 Halletts Point.

All units feature floor-to-ceiling windows, contemporary interiors, wide-plank hardwood floors, modern kitchens, and in-unit laundry. Residential amenities include a fitness center, a multi-sport simulator, a card room, a media lounge, a children's playroom, a coworking lounge, and a rooftop terrace with outdoor pool.
