"This very handsome, 11-story building at 13-33 Jackson Avenue in Long Island City was erected in 2017 by Charney Construction and Development, which is headed by Sam Charney who spent eight years as a project executive for Two Trees Management Company that has been very active in the Dumbo section of Brooklyn, and Ascent Development.
