    Fogarty Finger was the architect.

    The building, which is called The Jackson, has 56 condominium apartments.

    It is located between 47th Avenue and 21st Street and is next to PS 1 and is a short walk to Murray Park and the Gantry State Park.

    A G subway station is outside its front door.
