Sales start at The Ivy at 249 East 118th Street

Sales have started for The Ivy, a 10-story residential condominium development at 249 East 118th Street.

The project, which is nearing completion has 28 apartments.

New 118th LLC is the sponsor and Issac & Stern is the architect.

The building is on the northwest corner of Second Avenue and its marketing claims that it will be the first luxury doorman residential condominium in East Harlem.

The building's offering plan has a purchase price total for all the units of $16,945,112.29. The building has a frontage of 90 feet on 118th Street and 40 feet on Second Avenue.

It will have a 785-square foot gym and recreation center in the cellar, and prices for a one-bedroom apartment with 565 square feet started at $350,052 and for a two-bed-room-two-bath apartment with 960 square feet and a 24-square foot terrace started at $768,360.
