Affordable housing lottery launches at The Gilbert on First, East Harlem apartments from $328/month

Just under two years after its affordable lottery at nurses’ dorm-turned affordable senior housing development Draper Hall, SKA Marin has announced another affordable housing lottery just down the street (h/t/ 6sqft). The Gilbert on First, a 16-story building at 1912 First Avenue, contains 153 units. New Yorkers earning between 30 and 165 percent of the area median income ($13,200-$199,650/year) have until June 17, 2019 to apply for apartments ranging from $328/month studios to $3,009/month three-bedrooms.
