Most recently, architect-developer GDSNY is poised to join the ranks of Nouvel, Peter Marino, and Norman Foster with 500W25, an elegant project distinguished by a finely articulated facade, large recessed windows, and rows of champagne-colored fins. The 10-story building has just topped out, and sales recently have launched on the 8-unit endeavor.
