However, the building's greatest asset is its location: The High Line is right outside the door, and the building is surrounded by the galleries that brought Chelsea to prominence. Chelsea Market, Chelsea Piers, the Whitney, and the best dining, shopping and nightlife in Chelsea and the Meatpacking District are a short walk away. Additionally, Hudson Yards is on the rise a few blocks north.
Also nearby is a growing host of architecturally inspired, fabulously luxurious neighbors. One block from 500W25, homes at The Fitzroy, a new condominium designed by Roman and Williams, start at $5.6 million. On West 29th Street, listings at condo conversion Five One Five start at $3.975 million.
