Current listings include one-bedrooms priced from $465,000 to $610,000 and one of the building’s two-bedroom penthouses is listed for $1.099 million (PH2).

There are convenient features like central heating and cooling, outlets with USB ports, built-in bluetooth sound systems and select residences have in-unit laundry and integrated storage. Kitchens have grey quartz countertops, cabinetry is imported by Richelieu, and high-end stainless steel appliances by Fisher-Paykel, Blomberg and Liebherr. Ensuite master baths have deep soaking tubs, Italian porcelain tiles with walls, Porcelanosa vanities and Kohler medicine cabinets.

This development is one of many new condominium projects to debut in the neighborhood this year. The list includes the 35-unit condo at 627 Dekalb Avenue, the 8-unit 226 Hart Street, the 7-unit 762 Marcy Avenue and the 8-unit 511 Herkimer Street.
