The Williamsburg building boom is spreading east, and that is evident at 110 Withers Street: Following the demolition of a two-story townhouse, construction of a new, four-family building is in progress. Designs released by Freeform Architecture reveal a brick and wood facade with large windows to let in abundant natural light. The penthouse will have a private roof deck, and each of the other units will have its own balcony.
The Brooklyn-Queens Expressway is easily accessible from 110 Withers Street, and the Graham Avenue subway stop is a few blocks from the building. East Williamsburg restaurants, shops, and services are nearby, as is McCarren Park.
