In recent years, luxury rental buildings like The Plex, Billiards Factory Loft, and 341 EPW have enticed residents from all over the city to Crown Heights and demonstrated that the neighborhood is not only a viable market but also a desired location. Urban View Development took notice of that with Urban Nostrand, its new 6-story condominium located at 720 Nostrand Avenue.

All 10 units have open plan layouts, oak hardwood floors, and in-unit LG washer/dryers. The chic kitchens feature white high gloss cabinetry, subway tile backsplash, matte black paneling, and high-end stainless steel appliances.

The lobby is decorated with exposed brick, adorned gray tiled floors, and a mural by a local artist. A roof deck offers beautiful views, and a residents’ lounge is equipped with a 48” Smart TV, reclaimed wood furniture, an electric fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and coffee machines.

Urban Nostrand is conveniently located near several subway lines for an easy commute. In the neighborhood, it is a short distance from Brooklyn Botanic Garden, the Brower Park Brooklyn Public Library, Prospect Park, and many of the area’s most popular restaurants.
