According to our market indices, condos ringing the Brooklyn Heights - DUMBO waterfront are among the best performing in the city — with overall prices up 10% in the last six months alone. One of the final additions to come to this coveted shore will be Quay Tower, a newly-announced 28-story condominium being developed by RAL Companies, Oliver's Realty Group and Vanke US.

A recent press release announcing the launch of its teaser website and revealing its name — pronounced "kway," — is a term referring to a landing place constructed at the edge of a body of water. The tower, along with its separate 16-floor sister building, is located on Brooklyn Bridge Park’s Pier 6 and is the last development site within the new 85-acre park. The tower will join the fellow BBP condos of One Brooklyn Bridge Park, Pierhouse, and 1 John Street which each individually held the record for Brooklyn’ priciest condo when opened.

Sales at Quay Tower are to commence this spring and will offer 126 family-sized residences ranging from two- to five-bedroom layouts. Prices will start at $1.9 million and Douglas Elliman will be leading sales and marketing. Buyers will have incredible protected views of the harbor, the Statue of Liberty, Manhattan skyline, and the East River bridges. The team says most of the homes will have windowed kitchens and master baths. The beautiful grounds of Brooklyn Bridge Park will be at the building’s doorstep, offering acres of recreational spaces that include playgrounds, soccer fields, passive lawns, and a roller skating rink. At the park’s shore is a landing for the East River Ferry, whose boats can whisk riders to Wall Street, Governor’s Island and beyond.
Quay Tower will seek LEED Silver Certification. The building will also be stacked with an array of amenities that include a fitness facility, a lounge with a harbor-view terrace, and a 4,000-square-foot landscaped common roof terrace. The exterior of the building is characterized by a gridded façade with large windows and outdoor loggias dispersed throughout. According to the building’s architects, ODA New York, the design concept stems from the neighborhood’s industrial history uniting with its residential present.
