When a seven-story rental was announced for 924 Myrtle Avenue, early renderings showed a modern, overly slick white façade with wood accents. However, J Goldman Design recently revealed its new design on Instagram showing a redbrick exterior with black metal-framed windows. The new design is a standout, yet it will fit in much better with its surroundings.
The rendering also shows that all 23 units will have private balconies and oversized windows. Building amenities will include a roof deck, bike room, and storage. Prices and further details are not yet available, but CityRealty data for current listings indicates the median rent for Bedford-Stuyvesant is $2,299/month.
