By now, we should all know that every lot in North Williamsburg near McCarren Park will likely be re-purposed for residential development. The latest new building to come to the area is a ground-up condominium at 258 North 9th Street with a loft-like collection of homes priced from $1.85 million. The building rises a modest 6-floors and is nestled midblock between Roebling and Withers Street —directly adjacent to the 2010 condo, 260N9, and across from the large rental, Atelier Williamsburg.
