In 1925, One Prospect Park West was built by the Knights of Columbus as a clubhouse for members and venue for society events in Park Slope, which was then home to many Victorian mansions and wealthy families. Nearly a century later, Park Slope is enjoying a renaissance and widely considered one of Brooklyn's most family-friendly neighborhoods. Developer Sugar Hill Capital Partners has taken charge of a meticulous restoration of the building’s Classical Revival-style facade while converting the interiors to 64 luxury condos with 40 unique floor plans, and sales have just launched.

Baths are outfitted with marble-topped vanities and custom Waterworks fixtures.
In its heyday as the Knights of Columbus headquarters, One Prospect Park West offered its members a ballroom, restaurant, bowling alley, billiards hall, indoor pool, club rooms, and council chambers. The condo’s amenities were designed to meet the wishes of today’s buyers, and include a private curated art gallery, library, spa and wellness amenities, basketball court, movement studio for dance and yoga, boutique fitness studio, and bike room. The crowning glory is a rooftop meadow designed by ODA in the architecture firm’s first-ever landscape-only commission.

Prices start at $2.395 million for two-bedrooms, $2.9 million for three-bedrooms, and $4.975 million for four-bedrooms. At an average price of $1,762 per square foot, it comes in above the Park Slope average price of $1,349 per square foot (all figures per CityRealty data). The area has predominantly been home to Victorian mansions and prewar brownstones, but recent years have seen some of those buildings converted to condos as well as some new construction.
