Across the street from Pi Capital Partners' full-service rental building The Elm East, its sister building The Elm West (85-15 Queens Boulevard) has just topped out construction. The mixed-use building will comprise retail space, a community facility, and 147 elegantly appointed rentals on top. Completion is anticipated for later this year.

All apartments in this attended building will have floor-to-ceiling windows with Manhattan skyline views. Kitchens will feature white granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Designer baths will have white granite counters and ceramic tile floors. Units on upper floors will have expansive private terraces and balconies. The Grand Avenue-Newtown subway stop is right outside the door for a 12-minute trip to Midtown Manhattan, and on-site garage parking will be available.
