Back in April, the 67-unit Gramercy Park development at 200 East 21st Street was just 6 stories tall. Now, the project has topped out at 20 stories and debuted a new rendering, courtesy of BKSK Architects for Alfa Development. The project, which is targeting LEED-Gold Certification, will have many green features, including solar powered hot water, insulation to reduce energy use, rainwater collection, and air purification control.

Sales on the building's one- to four-bedroom condos are launching later this month with prices starting at $1.4M. Occupancy is slated for late 2018.

200 East 21st Street will also include ground-floor retail and amenities such as a 24-hour attended lobby, concierge, wellness center, lounge, billiards area, entertainment center, bike & residential storage, and a roof deck. Champalimaud Design is handling the interiors.
