As of this writing, a pair of one-bedroom units is on the market. Prices start at $665K, and a condo with a private balcony is listed for $670K. According to CityRealty listings, this is right in line with the East Harlem median price of $667,500 for one-bedroom condos.
Amenities at The Oslo include a fitness center, a bike room, storage for purchase, and a common roof deck. However, the site enjoys an address between Central Park, Marcus Garvey Park, and Thomas Jefferson Park. It is also close to the East River Plaza shopping center, local favorites like Rao's and Patsy's Pizzeria, and the 116th Street 6 train.

Permits indicate that there are only two units per floor, and the offering plan shows that the vast majority of apartments have private outdoor space. The interiors feature:
