It is listed for $4.195 million, a small discount from its original asking price of $4.635 million. Its sizable floor plan, private outdoor space, and direct elevator access appear to have been designed to appeal to post-pandemic buyers, but the building has been in the works since 2016, when Congregation Shaare Zadek announced plans to sell its historic building to developers Landsea Homes and Leyton Properties. (The new building includes a new space of worship with a separate entrance.)
