We’re not even halfway through May, but it has already been an exciting spring for the Industry City-based Hello Living: Shortly after leasing launched at its newest Prospect Lefferts Gardens rental, Hello Lenox, it released a rendering of its first Brownville project, Hello Sutter, via Instagram. According to Acris, Hello Living bought the site at 203 Sutter Avenue for $5.6 million in August 2017. According to Hello Living, grand plans have been made: There will be over 10,000 square feet of retail space at grade level and 52 luxury rental apartments on top.

The Instagram post shows a sleek new building with large windows rising about a story higher than its neighbors. Interior renderings show that the studios through four-bedrooms will have open layouts, triple-pane doors and windows, well-appointed kitchens and baths, and private balconies, many of which will overlook an interior courtyard. Amenities will also include storage units and automated parking spots. Plans and permits have been approved, and completion is estimated for 2019.
Hello Living is committed to "shaping the future of Brooklyn," and this Brownsville rental is its latest entry. Its buildings in Crown Heights, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, and Prospect Heights have attracted considerable attention, and it is hard at work on projects in Flatbush and Bedford-Stuyvesant.
