The property was developed by Hello Living and sits on Lenox Road midblock between Nostrand Avenue and Rogers Avenue. Inside are 56 rental units in studio to three-bedroom layouts and select listings currently offer 1 month free on new leases; prices start at $2,677/month and you can view all listings here. The building topped off construction last year and is by far the tallest on the block at 140 feet high.
The exterior features a modern design and inside, homes are sleek and contemporary. The floor-through layouts are unique for a new rental development of this size and they even offer private elevator access. Chef-quality kitchens have stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and there is in-unit laundry. Don't worry about drafty apartments; windows and doors are made of insulated triple-pane glass. For outdoor space, residents have access to expansive private balconies with views of the neighborhood and beyond. The building also has amenities including a gym, roof deck, bike storage and shared work-space.
There are several subways near the property and commute time to Midtown Manhattan is approximately 30 minutes.
