Olshan's luxury market report showed 26 contracts signed at $4 million and above last week, representing a tie for the largest total for an Easter Week since they began tracking in 2006. Interestingly enough, nine of those contracts came from co-ops – the largest amount recorded since mid-November.

The home boasts 50 feet of Central Park frontage and 11 rooms total with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Its lucky resident will have Bette Midler as a neighbor – she owns the penthouse above.
