Jersey City is the latest neighborhood to get "acronym-ized" with Manhattan Building Company's creation of "Soho West," a new community named for its South of Hoboken and West of NYC location. The first phase consisted of the Cast Iron Lofts I and II, which brought a total of 387 rentals and 20,000 square feet of retail space to the neighborhood. Now, Soho West's second phase, a two-towered 377-unit rental dubbed Soho Lofts, is set to debut in October and is currently pre-leasing (Curbed).
The connected towers are set to bring one- to four-bedroom "industrial-inspired" residences starting around $2,000/month, along with a select number of private townhouse rentals. The development's "resort-style" amenities include an infinity edge pool with private cabanas, a ten-person sauna, a zen garden, an arcade lounge, and a surround-sound media room.
You can check out the official site for Soho Lofts here.
