However, industry experts predict that home offices and outdoor space will be among the most highly coveted listing features going forward. Early in the lockdown, an expert told Forbes that multi-family developers are reconsidering layouts of planned projects to accommodate tenants working from home. More recently, a Zillow study found that dedicated office space topped the wish lists of respondents who'd been forced to work from home, followed closely by more outdoor space.
