The Tribeca area, known for its large lofts in industrial buildings, has the best restaurants in Manhattan and is home to many celebrities, including Robert DeNiro. In fact, The Merchant’s House penthouse used to be owned by former Nets guard Deron Williams, who bought the apartment for $15.8 million in 2013. In addition, the singer Adele rented the penthouse for almost three weeks during her New York City tour.

35 North Moore Street, PHAC, has a monthly maintenance of $3,400 and a monthly real estate tax of $7,800. The estimated monthly mortgage, based on a down payment of $5,600,000, or 20% of the purchase price with a 30-year fixed mortgage at 4.75%, is $116,849. According to CityRealty data, the median price per square foot for current Tribeca condo listings is $2,291.
