So, for those of you looking to settle into these areas on a budget, we've compiled a list of the 10 most affordable Brooklyn condos compared to their neighborhood average price. All of the new developments below were completed in the last two years or are expected to be complete this year. Most are also $150k below what a condo typically goes for in their respective neighborhoods! Residences from Crown Heights, Brooklyn Heights, Williamsburg, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Flatbush, and Boerum Hill all made the cut.
