All of the new developments below were completed in the last two years or are expected to be complete this year. Most are also $150k below what a condo typically goes for in their respective neighborhoods! Residences from Crown Heights, Brooklyn Heights, Williamsburg, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Flatbush, and Boerum Hill all made the cut.
