As of September 2, 2020, CityRealty sales listings show 11,270 condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and parts of the Bronx and Queens. Manhattan's median condo prices came in at $2,142,143, or $1,712 per square foot. Co-op median prices, however, ticked up a bit from last week to $893,594.

CityRealty data shows that Manhattan condo prices went down five percent from a median of $2,255,806 at the beginning of August 2020. Co-op prices dropped half a percentage point from the early August 2020 median of $898,322.

New York rental listings have leaped on the market to dizzyingly high numbers over the past few months, but have begun to plateau. This week's total came in at 20,766, down slightly from last week. Manhattan median rents came to $2,358/month for studios, $2,998/month for one-beds, $3,599/month for two-beds, and $4,439/month for three-beds.

Like their sales counterparts, CityRealty data shows that rental prices have dropped since the beginning of August 2020. Figures show that rents are down 7.4% for studios, 6% for one-beds, 8.4% for two-beds, and 8.5% for three-beds from this time last month.
Over the past seven days, a total of 354 sales units experienced price reductions. Please be advised that all of the following figures show cumulative price cuts instead of the most recent chops.
