From December 14-20, 2022 a total of 106 sales listings throughout New York City experienced price reductions . Among them was The Corner House, the Neo-Renaissance Revival-style mansion built on the corner of West 123rd Street and Mount Morris Park West for Arm & Hammer mogul John Dwight (as such, it is also known as the Dwight Mansion) in 1890. More than 100 years later, the present owners worked closely with architect Samuel G. White (great-grandson of Stanford White) to restore the interior design elements and original floor plans. The end result was impressive enough for it to garner the 2022 Lucy G. Moses Preservation Award, also known as "the Oscars of preservation."

The Corner House was listed for $8.5 million in February 2022, but its price was recently reduced to $7.25 million. We take a look at this and other notable listings below.
